Giant Evil Spider Football League

The Giant Evil Spider Football League (GESFL) was started when the NSWCC banned giant evil spiders from playing in the World Cup. In reply, Dire Arachnia formed the GESFL, and it was later sanctioned by the NSWCC. Teams play in a round-robin tournament for the Arachne Cup, the highest award in evil giant spider football.

The GESFL is currently registering for its second season. The first season was won by Oglethorpia, which was comprised of a troupe of dire-FIFA spiders captured in the southern forests of Oglethorpia.
